16x16 Luxury Vinyl Tile for bathroom in Brighton

This bathroom tiles was over 30 years old and falling apart. The tiles needed to be removed before new 16x16 luxury vinyl could be properly installed.

Plywood was put down and all seems and nail holes were patched/skim-coated, including the entire plywood. The floor will need to be even and smooth to ensure the newly installed tiles will last and look good for a very long time.

Sub-floor had a lot of creaking that need to be fixed. It was then patched up to make the surface smooth and level before installing plywood on top.

Bathroom was finished and it now looks a lot brighter and warmer than before.
